Our Presiding Deity of Kallidaikurichi Sri Adi Varaha Perumal Temple Renovation programme is starting after the completion of Vasantho seva function hope fully all KIC’s are requested to render all their possible methods of collecting funds and as well donate generously too.

A Publication named Kallidai As It Is is planned to be released along with a DVD containing Songs of various bhagavarthars and musicians belonging to the place is planned kindly experience the moments of the place and the Lord to kalliboss72@gmail.com. A Separate web site devoted to the Lord is coming up any body wants to contribute the content are welcome. This is a rare event occurring after 25 years , i hope every body will participate soon

Dear Ramani
I am Narayanan, called Nana by KIC folks. Vr and Koma ere closeto our family. We livedin
98, Mudaliappapuram ie., a neighbour to Koma;s mother. Kasi younger brother of Madhu of
Saraswathi stores,Calcutta was myclassmate. As a practice inKIC we havea door connecting
the neighbours in ‘Pattasalai’ .At present I am with my son who is working as Vice President
in Bharat Aluminium Company in KORBA ,Chattisgarh.And 3/4 years back we met themat
Calcutta. We met Bhagavathy,Kittamani ,Ganga and others.When you are free contact in my
email ID gjpran@yahoo.com. I passed out from TV in the year 1949 and so probably you can hear of me from your elders only Good Luck to you and your family

Dear Janaki
Till this moment we were just two individual in different parts of the world. Thanks to the modern technologies and to this blog we have come closer. Your grandpa Rajamani was a
resident of 100 Mudaliappapuram and Iam from 98 Mudaliappapuram. And we either me or
my father will always contact him for any extra quota of sugar in case of functions. I remember
him so vividly that his hair will not get wet after a dip in the canal as he had a well groomed
curly hair.I know personally his first daughter [Visalakshi] and the second ,probably Jaya/Koma
I also know Madhu [saraswaty stores ], VRand Bhagavathy,who is married to my cousin Kittamani . I and wife met them 3/4 years back. I stay with my son at Korba ,Chattisgarh

Probably, I presume you must have had your Tilak Vidyalaya life around 48-50.I remember
the head master K,M,Sundaram was brought from Thirukkattupalli when George MIddle School
was upgraded. I passed out in the year 1949 to join M,D,T.Hindu College for intermediate. I
vividly remember your narration of KMS’s love for Shakespeare. I was a resident of Mudali-
appapuram [opp, to RSA Sankaraiyer's house ] Kindly contact me in your spare time

Dear sri Lakshminarayanan
I am very much excited to read the comments, references regarding the
daily activities of KICans and the anecdotes of incidents in the early days
If I recall correctly you are mentioning about Sir Ramudu who was staying
in the second house from the Eastend [ going from Mudaliappapuram to
Srivaragha Temple ], He was my head teacher when I was in Lalitha Ele-
mentary School. Afterwards I studiedin PSG college of technology and when I went to KIC during vacation I made it meet a point to meet him without fail, I am with my son at Korba, Chattisgarh. I, my wife and my son
visited KIC quite some years back, probably in 1974.Somehow visit to KIC
is not getting materiallised. My elder brother known by his nickname
Seemachu is well known to many in KIC. His son Ramakrishnan[ Ambi ]
who visits often to attend various social functions will help me to visit.I was
residing in 98 Mudaliappapuram [ opp. to RSA sankaraiyer's house ]

I am R Sambamurthy. Thank you for remembering me. Your father, mother, your brothers, and your sister Meena are our family friends. I met Meena on 06 December 2011 on the occasion of my Brother in Law’s Shasti Apta Poorthi celeberation. We call your father as “Thanthi Mama” I have recently inter-acted through Mail with Chellappa’s brother Hari. I have retired in July 2011 from a PSU Shipyard in Kolkata and am presently engaged in Post-retirement employment., as Secretary to Technical Advisor in a Private Organisation
