Hi Yagya:
It is by culture, Yagya. I experienced the same when I was having TVS Victor Bike.

They frequently call me after service and check if everything is ok and all and in one service, I shouted at them as they haven't fixed one of noise vibration in my bike for 3 services. From there on, all calls stopped and not even they made the free service calla which they used to call atleast couple times for every service.

I don't know why. All their ISO certifications practice says like 'Smile to the customer when they say good things and don't see ur customers if they started shouting at your service' :)

Or may not know, they might be practicing cost cutting measures :)
