We both feel as if it happened yesterday, but before even we could realize it is already 6 months. Time really flieeeeessssssss. Yes. Today is 6 Months after my Marriage with my darling Madhu.

When I say it is 6 months after marriage, everone asks, “How is Married life treating you?”. The answer is “Married life is treating me like a KINGGGGGGG”. To understand it better, click HERE. It is really an experience that both of us are enjoying

After attending Interviews, meeting people, negotiating with HRs, finally I have made the decision to join Target Corporation India on 5th May 2008. From 25th April to 5th May, I am a “Velai Illa Mudhukalai Pattadhari”.

I wanted to have a break when I quit a job and join another Job, but last two times, it so happened that I quit the job on Friday and joined the next company on Monday. This time, it is clear. I am taking a week break and mostly would be travelling to Native Place and be there with Parents on May 2nd, their Wedding Anniversay and come back to Bangalore to join Target.

7th April, Monday was a Holiday in Bangalore on account of Ugadi. Took an additional holiday on 4th April and decided to go for a Trip to Munnar

Started on 4th April EARLIEST morning 3:30 to Airport for catching the flight. At 7:30 AM reached Cochin Airport and there Mani, our cab driver for the trip was ready. Left from there to Munnar directly and on the way decided to have breakfast as we started our day very early and felt hungry inspite of few PAID SNACKS @ Air Deccan (not to mention, Air Deccan advanced the flight timing and we started early and reached on time)

After wonderful Masala Dosa in a hotel, headed to Munnar. On the way enjoyed the sight seeing @ couple of places and a good NAP in the AC comfort of the Car. Reached Munnar around noon. The driver drove extremely great without much speed and giving us enough opportunity to take Snaps wherever and whenever we wanted (to the extend that we both took around 800 PHOTOS on a 4 day trip)

Had an excellent lunch @ Saravana Bavan (not chennai Saravana Bavan group, but a small hotel with same name) and went to our HOTEL. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! what an amazing view of the hills we had in our hotel. In fact, the hotel is built on the middle of Kannan Devan hills. Abad Copper Castle was an amazing hotel. Rooms were clear, people were very helpful,  Breakfast was AMAZING

It was an excellent experience on all 4 days in Munnar. Seeing hills, tea planataions, tea factories, hair pin bends, wild goats, home made chocolates, tallll trees, speed boating, kashmiri boat, elephant ride , wonderful view points for taking photos was an experience beyond words (may be seeing some Photos would be better)

On the last day evening, went into Tamilnadu border and was driving through Forest. While coming back saw couple of vehicles standing on the road side and went a little into the forest and saw a couple of WILD ELEPHANTS in the forest.

Enjoyed the climate and the place totally for 4 days and we were back to the Concrete Jungle on 8th April Morning. Here are some of the photos taken there

After close to 22 Months in Sapient, I have taken a big decision to move out of Sapient for better opportunity now. Had a discussion with my Manager and Senior Manager on 1st of April about my resignation. Of course, it was a sudden shock for people in Office. My Manager, strongly believed I would come to office next day to say it was an “April Fool Joke“. Sent out the official resignation on 2nd April and now serving the Notice Period.

Good news is I am on VACATION for the whole of this week (from 14th April to 18th April, to adjust my leave balance). I will be in office and 5 more working days pending and 25th April is my last day in Sapient.

After one more week of VACATION, I am now planning to Join my next company on 5th May 2008.
