Lumbini Gardens – Boating in Bangalore
I never knew that there is a place for boating in Bangalore. Found a boating place in Outer Ring Road, when we were going to ISKCON. Located the place and enquired about the place and finally, last Sunday, Me and Madhu went for boating in Lumbini Gardens in Bangalore 
. It was around 30 mins drive from house.
We both went in for a boat ride called “Coffee Boat” which could accomodate 20 people. Round around the lake was hardly 15 minutes, but was really good experience to see couple of Apartments also near the lake !!! At one place, a bus was coming in the road which was hardly few hundred metres from the lake
There were lot of counters for Eatables . Had some to taste . Lots of small small rides for kids. Many small children were enjoying the place and the surrounding there. There was also an artificial wave pool (similar to what is there in Wonder La).
Spent close to 3 hours there. It was really a good experience. We both decided it is worth to visit the place again whenever we wanted as it was not too far. Next time, we both would try the pedal boat
Yeah it was a grt sunday for us.. Love to visit that place every sunday and enjoy boating there with my ganesh.. and lots of eatables also.. Yummy!!!!!!! Good place for lovers and kids.. Both can have fun there in their own way
. And even there is a small garden good for old people to sit and relax and they can also go for a walk in the evening around the lake. Its just an half an hour drive from our house and u can see us mostly there on sundays evening.
